Flower essences have been so beneficial to me, and I continue to marvel at the subtle yet powerful ways they help with so many nuanced and specific things in my life. I've been supported with boundaries, with my connection to the Earth, with heartache and grief, with keeping my energy field clear, with hormonal transitions, with becoming more visible, with aligning with my purpose, with communication and strengthening my relationships - to name a few.
 
Petals in the Post is my way of getting more of these flowers out into the world, and helping their healing reach more people. It's also an attempt to make the mysterious magic of flower essences a little more accessible, a little less mysterious. Not by explaining the wonder away, but by walking alongside you as you experience it for yourself.
 
What arrives in your mailbox
Subscribe by the 20th of the month to be included in that month's box, and you'll receive your first Petals in the Post at the beginning of the following month. Once subscribed, your essence will arrive at the beginning of each month. 
 
Each month, you'll receive one full size 1 ounce flower essence, chosen with care, intuition and seasonality in mind.
 
Alongside it comes a card - featuring a photo of the flower of the month so you can visually connect. And an invitation into different ways to work with that month's flower. This could be a journal prompt, a somatic exercise, a simple meditation... it's not a strict set of instructions, just some ideas. There's no wrong way to do this. The idea is to slow down for a just a short time and tune in to yourself.
 
And there's a sealed envelope. Inside is a description of the flower essence and its benefits. You are welcome to open this at anytime, but it might be more fun to spend time with the flower yourself first. Notice what comes up, what shifts, what you feel, what experiences you have. Then, at the end of the month, open the envelope and see how your own experience meets what's written there. It's a small ritual, but a meaningful one, a way of trusting your own knowing before you reach for 'the answers.' 
 
And we gather
Once a month, we'll come together on a call to be with the flower as a group. Part of our time is me sharing what I know - the doctrine of signatures, the lore, my own experiences with this particular flower. The other part, and maybe the best part, is hearing what resonated for you. What came up, what surprised you, what the flower seemed to be saying.
 
Every call is archived into a growing library, a living collection of flower wisdom that we're building together, one month at a time. This is the beginning of something I expect will grow into something much bigger.
