Service Description

In advance of the session, you will be given an intake form to complete. This will help you investigate the different areas of your life and where you want to prioritize support from the plants. In our time together, we will review your form, talk about what's most present for you and tune in to guidance from the flowers. From there I will create a custom flower essence blend for you and share ways that you can work with it. I have over 40 flower essences (and growing every day) that I created here in the Hudson Valley with the guidance and permission of the flowers. All flowers are completely unique and each offer their own special medicine. It is truly my belief that the flowers will save us all! See which flowers want to come through for you. You will receive a 1 ounce custom flower essence blend to take home and work with as part of recommendations coming out of our session.
