Moving from Summer to Fall can be a challenging energetic time, and the perfect opportunity to look to the flowers for support. They have a very different relationship with the seasons (and time in general) and take it all in stride. They can help us anchor into a more centered assuredness and work with the patterns that are swirling up. In advance of the session, you will be given an intake form to complete. This will help you investigate the different areas of your life and where you want to prioritize support from the plants. This helps you get centered in an intention for our session. In our time together, we will review your form, talk about what's most present for you and tune in to guidance from the flowers. From there I will intuitively create a custom flower essence blend for you and share ways that you can work with it. I have over 60 flower essences (and growing every day) that I created here in the Hudson Valley with the guidance and permission of the flowers. All flowers are completely unique and each offer their own special medicine. It is truly my belief that the flowers will save us all! See which flowers want to come through for you. Your custom blend can be formulated in a hydrosol to spritz or a cherry brandy dropper for internal use. Your choice.
