Hypnosis & Hydrosols

Service Description

Please join me and Shomari Gallagher of Eudaimonia Embodied, for this unique workshop combining the powers of the unconscious mind and scent. We'll begin with Shomari guiding a gentle hypnosis session to connect with the body and something you might be desiring to clear. Through imaginative prompts and somatic connection, you'll follow your intuition to discern what might want to be released and what you may be calling in. From there, we'll explore how aromatherapy can support your intention. We'll experiment with different subtle scents and you'll decide which your body resonates with. You will go home with the hydrosol of your choice, and a simple practice to help anchor in your intention. This is sure to be an engaging, interactive afternoon. We are both looking forward to having you in the Three of Cups studio in Kingston.
